My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was modern, clean, and beautiful, although I wished it was a bit bigger considering the price. I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and beautiful with an amazing view, offering a very nice and comfortable experience. The service was excellent overall, especially Tania who was super attentive and professional. The location was easily navigable and offered a top pool and wellness area, perfect for exploring all the attractions nearby. The dining experience was lovely with lots of choices available. However, some areas could use improvement, such as the professionalism of the restaurant staff. Despite this, the value for money was reasonable considering the amenities and facilities offered.
The hotel offers superb views of Funchal and the sea, making it perfect for our stay. The rooms were a good size, although being right next to the breakfast area could make them feel a bit cramped, especially considering the price.
